Everything handled professionally....... Before this transaction, I had a less than flattering view of realtors. My experience had been, that once a possible deal was in play, the agent sided with the buyer - forgetting your interest and focusing on their future commission. Ms. Fogg never stopped looking out for our interest, was on top of all the issues that came up and was totally professional in every way. Lauretta Fogg was, once again, sensational in helping sell a property for me.
